Emiliana Organic Vineyards & Viña Indómita, unbeatable view of the Casablanca Valley

In the late 90's, Rafael and Jose Guilisasti, along with the winemaking vision of Alvaro Espinoza, began the process of converting a conventional Chilean vineyard into 100% organically and biodynamically managed vineyard, with the firm objective of creating wines of the highest quality with a great respect for nature. Emiliana Organic Vineyards has positioned itself in Chile and the rest of the world as the most important organic and biodynamic vineyard.

The tour begins in the gardens, where you can interact with native animals, active characters of the biodiversity that sustain Emiliana's fields. After there is a visit to the vineyard, where they explain the soil types, plant varieties and and climatic characteristics of the Casablanca Valley. The tour concludes in the underground cavern, where biodynamic preparations are stored: these are responsible for the nutrition and protection of the vines. The tour ends with a tasting of organic wines from the Premium line.

At the top of a hill and surrounded by vineyards, Indómita is the only winery located in this valley able to deliver an unparalleled view. The tour is a highly specialized circuit guided by a sommelier, who will present the winemaking process of the Premium and Ultra-Premium wines from Indómita. You can get to know the characteristics of the terroir where the vineyards are located, and then visit the impressive wine cellar where you will have the unique opportunity to taste samples from stainless steel tanks and barrels, ending with the main landmark of the visit: the technical tasting of two Duette Premium wines and the icon Zardoz.
